Dunkerton and Tunley Parish Council and the Forgotten Valley Bus Campaign have raised with the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) Transport team some issues that have been reported to us about the new 100 bus service. The issues include delays, breakdowns and cancelled services.
The WECA transport team is working with the bus service provider (Big Lemon) to improve the service’s performance. This will include training and recruitment of drivers and support staff, improved vehicles and better communication if there is a problem with a service.

The parish council is also trying to arrange improvements to the Ambury bus shelter- seating and better protection from the weather.
